How do I know my order was successful?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a "Luscious Diamonds Confirmation" email containing your unique order number and a summary of your selected diamond and setting.

Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?

As each Luscious Diamonds piece is handcrafted to your exact specifications, we begin the procurement and crafting process immediately. Therefore,orders cannot be canceled or modifiedonce they are confirmed. We encourage you to review all details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Do you offer resizing?

Yes, we offer one complimentary resizing for most solitaire rings within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain pave settings, may not be resizable due to their intricate 360-degree diamond work.

How do you ensure my ring is exactly what I want?

We operate with a "Zero-Error" philosophy. Before your masterpiece leaves Luscious vault, our concierge team will sharehigh-definition photos and 360-degree videosof your finished jewelry for your final approval.

What if I want a change during the approval phase?

This is the moment to share your feedback. We will not dispatch your order until you have given us your explicit approval. This personalized step ensures that the brilliance you see on screen is exactly what arrives at your door.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, secure digital payment gateways, and bank transfers. For high-value "Luscious" acquisitions, bank wire is the preferred method for secure and prioritized processing.

Is my payment information secure?

Your security is uncompromising. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and secure payment processors. Your financial data is never stored by Luscious Diamonds.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my ring?

Hand-crafting perfection takes time. Standard production typically takesminimum 21 business days. Once you have provided yourFinal Approvalon the photos and videos, we ship via fully insured overnight courier.

Is my shipment insured?

Yes. Every Luscious shipment is fully insured during transit. For your protection, a signature from an adult (18+) is strictly required upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

What is your Return and Refund Policy?

Because every piece is bespoke and handcrafted specifically for you—and further confirmed by your personal approval of the final photos and videos—we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.All sales are final.

What if there is a manufacturing defect?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you believe your piece has a structural manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@lusciousdiamonds.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will inspect the piece and, if a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

What if I received the wrong item?

In the rare event that the item received does not match your order confirmation, please report the issue to our team within 24 hours. We will arrange for a secure pickup and ship the correct Luscious piece to you immediately.
